I led the initiative to build a new Announcements space on the Genesys Cloud Resource Center, which is the main source for product information about Genesys Cloud. I coordinated with the Release Management, UX, and Engineering teams to design the site requirements, architecture, and functionality. After launch, I ensured smooth operations and regular updates to this highly visible space.
